Had great time celebrating my daughter’s birthday! Money well spent, memories forever. We had a small hiccup and the manager listened patiently and with great manners and attitude, he not only apologized but rectified the situation. Couldn’t ask for better customer service from him. The girl at the counter to give and receive skates was awesome and well mannered as well, she kept on her a smile on her face the whole night despite how busy it was . She even took the time to give me skating pointers. This was on 1/24. Hope she gets her praises. Haven't been to an establishment where young kids give good service in awhile. Overall I would recommend this place for birthday party to anyone. Only thing I would change is when people coming for a party, guest should directed to where the party area is. My guest were let in but had no idea where to go. *But that’s on me for not having my phone on me too.
