I recently visited Skate Reflections with my kids and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and eager to assist. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with employees readily available to answer any questions and ensure everyone had the appropriate equipment. The rink itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a fantastic atmosphere. The music selection was upbeat and added to the overall fun experience. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The manager went above and beyond to help when my son’s wheel broke off. He was so patient and answered all the questions a very curious little boy had about skates. Their rollerskate shop has really been transformed, and I would highly recommend the skate rink to kids and adults of all ages looking for some fun! They even have a summer camp and an Inexpensive learn to skate Wednesday afternoon.
